At Peace Birth and Wellness is dedicated to providing families with exceptional care during pregnancy, labor and delivery and other aspects of your health and wellness goals.

The role of a birth doula is to provide emotional and physical support during your labor and delivery. I do this by helping moms change positions that will help relieve pain as well as help her to relax so that the baby can come down into position. I help partners in the delivery room by showing them comfort techniques they can provide to help their birthing partner feel more emotionally and physically supported by them. I provide family with information about pain management, cesarean birth, and review all the possible scenarios with them and options they may have in the delivery room so they will feel informed to advocate for themselves at all times. We will cover all this information and more in our prenatal visits.
