Birth Doula Service Package
The Birth Doula Service package includes one to two prenatal visits to meet and discuss your plans for labor. These meetings are usually about an hour and they take place around 30 weeks in pregnancy. (Feel free to contact before or after for availability). This includes the duration of labor, wherever that may start, home or hospital, through the entire delivery and then the initial hour or two of postpartum. It also includes a postpartum follow up home visit to assure everyone is doing well and thriving. Contract typically starts at 36 weeks but can vary based on circumstances.
A back up doula is always provided.
This package is $1250
Infant Massage
This is a course for parents and caregivers for their babies. It will be done in 3-5 45-60 minute sessions. Parents will learn how to massage their babies and benefit in the following ways aside from emotional bonding:
*soothe baby and reduce crying
*Aid digestion and relieve colic, gas and constipation
*increase daily weight gain
*Enhance healthy sleep patterns
*Relieve nasal congestion and teething discomfort
*Boost immune system
*Boost confidence in handling your baby and many more....

This class is $125 for all sessions. Can be done in an individual setting or a small group.
Massage Services
Integrative Massage 60 minutes $75, 90 minutes $110
Deep Tissue Massage 60 minutes $100, 90 minutes $130
Prenatal Massage 60 minutes $100, 90 minutes $125
Oncology Massage or Hospice $1 a minute + $10 table fee if needed.
Spa parties 60 Minutes $100 (five guest minimum)
Warm Bamboo Massage 60 minutes $115, 90 minutes $155

This includes everything in the Birth Doula Service Package in addition to two massages to be used sometime between 36 weeks and up to 10 weeks postpartum.
